Has anyone done the baby food diet and had positive results?
Dont tell me its bad for me.. dont lecture me.. quite frankly i dont care about that.. i just want to know if anyone has. i do 1 hour on the elliptical 5 days a week.. and im starting this diet. and would like to hear from others who have also tried it!
Yes but no positive results. Grown bodies need alot more Nutrition than baby food can give. You will start feeling funny like you need vitamins. Eat small meals and take womens 1a day vitamin.
