How long do you think it would take to get herbal weight loss pills out of my system?
When do you think it would be safe to bfing again? I was thinking if I pumped and dumped and tonight would make new milk it would be fine and bf tomorrow.
I thought for sure my 9mo. old was done, self weaned just like my other babies but she must have just been on a strike those few days. Bless you heart, she’s teething and has a cold and was trying to nurse, grabing at my shirt, I was almost in tears.
So with thinking that she was done I broke out the herbal weight loss pills I have with the ingredients that KellyMom.com, a breastfeeding web site, states you SHOULDn’t take. It didn’t have the Ephedrine, just the others that they stated about. It was the new Metabolife.
Poor Bella, I hope I can bfing her soon. Even if it is for comfort I’m okay with that.

this did NOT have ephedrine, only green tea, caffeine and one more common herb can’t recall it now.

I just read some lab test summaries online about metabolizing ephedrine and it said that in 48hrs 97% of the drug has passed through urine.
The tests were done on men, I don’t know if that would make a difference but men and women tend to metabolize drugs in a fairly similar way.
