I’ve been an athlete my whole life, so I know what it took to get fit and what it takes to stay fit. People ask me all the time…how to get rid of lower belly fat, because it one of the toughest area to trim down. I’ve seen the frustration in people eyes.

It burns them inside because to continously put in high volume of exercises and dieting, but see no improvement for their work. Do you know anyone just opened their wallets and was super excited about some new program they just bought.

Then weeks later, you askd them about their Fat Burning plan and they tell you something like…”I’ve moved on to something else because the XYZ product I was using didn’t give me what they promised”…I know right It’s hard to watch sometimes. The amount of frustration they bring upon themselves.

But it gets worse…Not only do they become frustrated with programs
but they fall deeper into an unhealthy eating habit and suddenly they quit the program. All these types of people simply follow the trend because they see everyone else doing it.

So you still want to know how to get rid of lower belly fat?…Well first of all you can’t focus on short term. If your thinking your going to drop 40 pounds in one month. Think again, plus that’s not healthy for you anyways. It’s the wrong approach.

You have to think long term and by that I mean don’t think swimsuit seaon. Think lifelong health and fitness. Bring fire and intensity to your fat burning workouts and don’t cheat yourself from the body you deserve.

Listen we all want to get rid of that lower belly fat, psshh…we all want to get rid of fat period, and badly we do. That’s why it’s so easy for people to fall prey to the “get fit quick” mentality.

Time and time again people approach health and fitness in the wrong way, and I’ll tell you now…they won’t burn the fat they expecting. Why? because if you continue to let your brain think that using exerceise and Nutrition as ways To Lose Weight, or get in shape for summer, you’re going to really disappoint yourself Again!

Don’t think of Exercise, nutrition, and rest as separate things. It’s the reason you keep getting disappointing results. Keep spending hours in a gym every week, you might as well move in with the equipment.

Because it’s not the answer to how to get rid of lower belly fat, that’s the answer to confusion. Stop confusing yourself with all these approaches. You’re putting yourself in a fat burning and fitness cycle.

Don’t end up like the rest of them. Confused and frustrated, always unhappy and burnt out. Oh…and not to mention unhappy with their fat burning progress. Choose to embrace a more briliant lifestyle.
