What the best way To Lose Belly Fat within 6 mnths to a year?
I just wanted to know because I have been obese for years and most of it goes to my stomach area and makes me look like I am 9 months pregnant which I am not. I am just 19 years old and weighing around 225 lbs or more. I know its not healthy for me to weight this much because my height is 5’5″ and it puts more weight on my back and hips. What is the best way I can lose belly weight and look good.

to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
