I am 14 and I have a little bit of a roll on my stomach and I want to burn it off! How is a good way to get rid of it? I know eating healthy but like what kind of exercises

most people think its sit-ups or crunchers but that’s not the main Exercise to do to lose stomach fat. Those are still workouts to do to get our abs strong but the biggest thing to lose the roll is aerobic activities that make u sweat a lot. They don’t have to be too strenuous but they have to give you a good sweat for a long period of time.

P.S. Don’t work too hard on getting the whole six-pack because most of the time they only have it because they are dehydrated.
