
Are there any foods that promote weight loss?
I’m not talking about replacement foods (Diet/low cal) or eating less. I mean is there any food that actually promotes a hike in metabolic rate or a loss of weight.
Yes, I only know of a few though. You should Google that question, you’ll probably find tons of articles on that topic.
I do know of these:
- spicy hot food like jalapeno peppers/banana peppers help rev up your metabolism,
- fibre of course
- proteins help burn fat
- celery is negative Calories, you use up more energy to digest it than you get from eating it!
